We lead participants through carefully designed group discussions that weave Scripture and selected teachings into a space for spiritual formation. Our objective is to help leaders understand how the Word of God should be applied to every area of life and to conduct themselves in a godly manner.

A Space for Discipleship and Spiritual Transformation
At Inside Out Leaders, we carefully and purposefully lead participants through guided group discussions weaving Scripture, selected book excerpts, and other teachings to provide a space for discipleship and spiritual formation to happen. In all that we do, we hold the Scriptures to be sufficient in addressing every need and supplying the principles necessary for wisdom and godly living. All of this is to help leaders to understand how the Word of God should be applied to every area of life and how to conduct ourselves in a godly manner at all times.

The staff of Inside Out Leaders bring many years of ministry experience and seminary training to teach, coach and counsel those who have grown weary, are facing uncertainties or difficult decisions, or who desire to grow in their spiritual journey. Additionally, we teach essential, biblically-based business principles and ethics, as well as business coaching, to all leaders whether in the marketplace or not.
In all that we do, our aim is to care for the whole person: that at the core, if the soul is well, temptations with sin can be overcome, conflicts in relationships can be resolved, and difficult decisions can be met with confidence. From this, the leader will become effective in ministering to and leading his/her people.
Finally, Inside Out Leaders will strive to develop a project to serve as a sustainability model.
